Designed as a party-sized pre-mixed that's loaded with tastes associated with holiday season, which makes it excellent for your festive gathering. Reserve the remaining cordial you can use for breakfast cocktails, puddings, or for more rounds of bikinis.
The Bikini Cocktail
Makes enough for 10 guests
Ingredients for the Clementine Syrup (produces 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
For the Premix (produces 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (see above)
Whole cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Directions
Making the Cordial: Put every ingredients inside a pot, bring to a simmer, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Next, remove from the heat and let it to reach room temperature completely. Transfer into an sealable bottle, close it and store chilled, where it will keep for up to one month.
Preparing the Premix: Pour all the liquids in a sizeable container, allow it to infuse for one hour, then filter it best through muslin, making it fully clarified.
For serving: Pour 85ml from the batch mix to a stirring glass packed with ice, and agitate carefully for a minute to chill. Pour into a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, top with a few cranberries adding the final touch with a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
